The company’s objective is to create a good, healthy, and safe working environment through active, personal, and visible leadership. All employees shall be encouraged to take initiative and engage in work environment matters, and be supported in their personal and professional development.
SealEco conducts its operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and works with long-term work environment planning, strives for continuous improvement, and ensures that risks of accidents and occupational injuries are minimized.
We shall work to prevent the need for rehabilitation. When rehabilitation nevertheless becomes necessary, it shall be carried out in a manner that is effective for all parties, with the goal of enabling the employee’s prompt return to work.
All employees at SealEco are responsible for complying with established regulations, using protective equipment, and exercising the necessary caution to prevent ill health and accidents.
SealEco does not accept any form of abusive or discriminatory treatment of our personnel. We aim to guarantee our employees a working environment in which they are not exposed to bullying, psychological violence, social exclusion, or harassment.
SealEco is a drug-free workplace. Employees may not be under the influence of or misuse any form of drugs at the workplace. By drugs, we mean alcohol and narcotics.
